To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business, we have established the following refund and return guidelines:

Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package at the time of delivery. The video must show the sealed package being opened and the contents inside. -
No Claims Without Video Proof
No return, exchange, or refund requests will be accepted without a valid unboxing video showing the package being opened. -
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the unboxing video as proof. -
Verification Process
Once we receive your claim and video proof, our team will review it. If the issue is verified, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable. -
Rejected Claims
Claims submitted without proper video proof or submitted after the specified time period will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
